At Premier, we can prepare a study for you, that will be in a format acceptable to the PA Department of Revenue, that calculates the amount of your energy usage that is exempt from PA Sales taxes.
Other types of entities are exempt from paying PA Sales taxes on their energy spend entirely. In these cases, Premier can help entities get a refund from the PA Department of Revenue for Sales Taxes that they have paid in error.
