Premier Energy Advisors was founded in 2022 by a combination of industry professionals with expertise in the energy fields.
The principal owners (Lee & Michele McCracken) were formerly the owners of Premier Power Solutions, LLC, an energy consulting firm that they started in 2005 and eventually sold to NextEra Energy in 2018. In May of 2025, Adam McCracken joined the family business as Vice President bringing over 10 years of industry experience.
Premier Energy Advisors is targeting the smaller and medium size customers that need help lowering their energy costs while at the same time exploring renewable energy and sustainability..
